GrowData Irrigate

GrowData Irrigate is a sprinkler sensor, and this batch of 100 units was one of the first production projects to come off the SM321 pick and place line.

A production run is a lot more than placement. Feeders loaded and checked, paste printed, panels through the oven, every board brought up and tested. Then final assembly: boards into enclosures, cable glands fitted, labels on, units boxed and ready to ship.

One hundred of anything teaches you a lot about your own process. Runs like this are exactly what the line was set up to do, and this one proved it could.
